By using Vendi Design services or our website, you agree to the following terms.
Our Services
Vendi Design provides professional architectural visualisation and design services, including, exterior & interior renderings, architectural portfolios, animations & interactive 360° walkthroughs, architectural drafting, Mood & material boards
All work is completed with care and professional skill. We consult openly with clients throughout the design and approval process.
Note: External consultants (e.g., surveyors or engineers) are not included in our fees. Clients must engage and pay them directly. Vendi Design may coordinate with them if required.
Deliverables & Usage
Work marked “For Information Only” cannot be used for approvals or construction.
All designs are project-specific and must not be used on other sites.
Clients must credit Vendi Design as the author of the design.
Vendi Design retains copyright. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use designs only for the specific project site.
Workflow & Revisions
Our standard workflow includes modeling & composition, two visual rounds, and final delivery.
Up to two major amendments are included. Additional revisions are billed hourly.
Additional drawings or consultations outside the original quote are also billed hourly.
Vendi Design does not guarantee planning or construction approval.
Quotes, Fees & Payments
All work requires a written quote or fee proposal.
Fee proposals are valid for 14 days.
Payment of the first invoice or signing the proposal confirms acceptance of these terms.
Payments must be made before handover of documentation or the next project stage.
Vendi Design may take legal action to recover unpaid fees under applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Vendi Design retains copyright in all work.
Clients receive a revocable, non-exclusive license for use only on the specific site.
Work cannot be reproduced, shared, or used elsewhere without permission.
Liability & Warranty
Vendi Design is not responsible for ensuring constructed projects comply with building contracts.
We do not guarantee designs are fit for a specific purpose.
Natural materials may vary in appearance or size.
Vendi Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
